At Attest we make evidence-based, de-biased decisions and take this approach when it comes to hiring.
We actively seek to identify and eliminate biases in our recruitment process, using structured interviews focusing on skills and attributes relevant to the role, reducing the risk of unconscious bias. We include multiple interviewers to ensure that perspectives are sought from different teams, varying levels of seniority and unique perspectives to ensure that there is diversity of thought.
We are committed to building an inclusive hiring environment where every candidate and interviewer feels valued and supported. We appreciate that this is an ongoing journey and always welcome feedback and suggestion on how we can be even better.
In 2024 we made the decision to move to salary transparency where we post salary ranges on our job postings.
We create interview packs for our hiring processes to communicate transparently about our hiring processes. These packs will include the job description, the interview process and more information about Attest.
One of our core values is to ‘include intentionally.’ We want to ensure that you get the opportunity to shine at your interview. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to support you by contacting us at [email protected]
Examples of reasonable adjustments could include, more time for a task, asking for captions to be switched on during a video interview or asking for your interview to take time at a particular time of day because you are fasting, need to pray, take medication, need to do the school run or eat at a certain time.
This list is not exhaustive so please get in touch to discuss any adjustments that you may need.
